Tuning into our Beliefs
So, this section is the start to exploring your own personal beliefs and the role they play in holding you back. At the end of this section, you’ll be able to articulate what your own beliefs are, and more importantly, to tune into what’s possible when we question them.
By taking a look at the beliefs we’ve been carrying around, often without being aware of them, you’ll be able to become a little more detached from them, flip the story you’ve been telling yourself, and consider some alternatives.
