You get to choose a right-shaped and right-sized aim for YOU. Goal diversity will be celebrated.
You might focus on a creative project, such as starting a podcast, working on a manuscript or finishing something that stalled out a while back.
You could prioritize a domestic area, like: tackling overdue taxes, working on an estate, cleaning your basement or creating new organizational systems.
You might use this membership to support a career change, habit shift, job search, or new venture into dating.
Finally, you could shift a pattern in your life, such as: learning to slow down, set boundaries, or prioritizing an area of your life that often gets short-shrift or in which you feel under-developed (finances, homecooking, fun, etc...).
Whatever you choose, expect the satisfaction that results when you dare to focus and expand your life, accompanied by a coach, community and new resources.

No. Definitely not. We start where we are.
Sometimes we wait for motivation, enthusiasm or a sign from the universe to hit GO - when what we really need is to start moving to generate clarity.
It's hard not to get excited when we see new evidence of our growing capability - even the unsexy stuff, like handling inevitable setbacks.
Whether your goal is uplifting, daunting or tedious-but-meaningful, growth and expansion happen in each step you take.
-
I'm aiming for and anticipating an intimate community of 6 - 12 people.

If this program appeals to you, but you're unsure of your focus, that's OK. Getting clear or getting started is a challenge we can all relate to, so it's just fine if you don't know where to begin.
You can use the first few group gatherings for support to clarify your direction of travel or desired outcome at the outset.
If you feel spidey-sense tingles that you're meant to join A Guide to Sticking to our Plan (For Real This Time), I encourage you to trust your intuition and that you'll take it one step at a time.
Sometimes life feels stagnant, too-small, or you want support to shake things up and dream bigger. I'd be honored to help.

Although I do have plans to follow the content of the modules that are part of the self study option that I will make available to you, I will take my cues in terms of structure from the needs and shared wisdom of our community.
Why learn from me?
I’m Leslie Wallace-Munce, and I help my clients thrive in their lives, whether that be designing a new career, pursuing a new goal or hobby, or continuing right where they are, but with more certainty of their chosen path.
I am a coach who educates not from theory or being ‘just a few steps ahead of you’ but from deep, expert-level, real-life experience.
When I started my own business in 2019, I had a bit of a head start, thanks to my decades of corporate experience in project management, systems analysis and sales and marketing.
Add to this everything I have learned from coaching, and running a solo business: time management, tech and systems, social media, digital marketing, networking, and last but not least, self-care and energy regulation.
Also, I suspect that you, like me, are not a fan of hustle culture and want to succeed without feeling like you are short changing other parts of your life.
Why am I teaching this course?
My purpose in life is to learn, make mistakes, and experiment so that I can teach others how to get there faster, safer, and easier.
